Something that I love to do is to shop small. I love to support small businesses. It is more exciting to me to actually help a little business starting up rather than to get something mass produced. I have a lovely friend who gifted me a piece of her jewelry. I have been admiring her work for so long but I just didn’t oull the trigger to buy anything due to financial reasons.
She makes so many amazing necklaces and bracelets. I know she works so hard on each piece. She makes sure everything is perfect before she sends anything out. Because she makes everything herself, you are able to get everything as customized as you’d like. A lot of people get mom related pieces. I already have a lot of mom necklaces, so I wanted something more unique. I wanted something that’d represent God. I choose a vertical bar necklace. I got a word on each four sides. Grace, blessed, love, and faith. This is something so important to me. This necklace has so much value to me.
This is what the necklace looks like straight out of the packaging. When I opened it up, I squealed. I knew it was going to be beautiful but to see it all together was just so amazing.
I honestly want to wear this necklace every day. It will match so many outfits as well. Jewelry really can change your whole look. I am so in love with how my necklace turned out.
