For each holiday, a lot of people plan a special outfit for it. I am definitely one of those people. I even make sure my daughter has something that fits the holiday theme. It just makes celebrating the holiday a lot more fun.

Saturday

For the first day of our memorable day weekend, I kept my patriotic themed outfit pretty simple. We were just spending our day at home anyways. I went for a blue Eddie Bauer’s tee shirt and some shorts from target. To add the red and white to my outfit, I added a scrunchie with those colors. It was a very comfortable outfit. I had a very similar outfit planned for my daughter but she wanted to wear her kitty cat outfit. 🤷‍♀️Pick your battles.

Sunday

Since on Sundays, we go to church, I went for a dress. This one is from Lularoe. The dress has each color on it, but I also added a white bracelet from Sashka. Their Instagram is @sashka_co if you’d want to check them out. I had my daughter really all out on this day. This was the day on our weekend, that we’d see the most people. So I put her in a skirt with an American flag on it. Her shirt said American cutie.

Monday

Monday was finally the official day of memorial day. It is an important day to us. I opted for a blue skirt with white and red flowers on it. It is from Lularoe. The white top that I paired with it is from target. I put my daughter in a red, white, and blue outfit from kohl’s. It had little anchors all over it so she was very summer ready. I think we kept our outfits patriotic for the holidays.

Wrapping up

We kept our outfits patriotic. Styling three different days in red, white, and blue was a lot of fun. It was a good way to try new looks out. You’ll probably see me wearing these all summer.
